Biography

Timothy J. Casey has extensive trial experience and practice in Arizona, and other states, in prosecuting and defending personal injury and wrongful death claims. His areas of practice include product liability litigation, premises liability, general tort litigation, trucking litigation, and the defense of governmental entities in a wide variety of state and federal litigation. Tim also practices in campaign finance and election law matters, including litigation, for businesses, citizens, candidates, elected officials, state and local political parties.
