Biography

Attorney Jennifer Swartz\'s estate planning practice focuses on providing peace of mind for her clients and their families as they plan for the future. Jennifer works closely with each of her clients to understand their priorities and unique needs. Whether you are an individual, or part of a family, Jennifer is ready to guide you in carefully crafting a plan that will protect and provide for the ones you love. In addition to estate planning, Jennifer also consults with and advises small business owners, and maintains a general civil litigation practice with an emphasis on education and employment law. Jennifer is a Boise-based civil litigation and estate and trust attorney licensed to practice law in the state of Idaho. After graduating cum laude from the University of Tulsa in 2001, Jennifer spent a number of years involved in medical malpractice litigation before joining the public sector as an Idaho State Deputy Attorney General. While a Deputy Attorney General, Jennifer represented the Idaho State Board of Education and Public Charter School Commission, as well as other state agencies. She served as a Deputy Attorney General for more than ten years. Jennifer now maintains a general civil practice, with a focus on litigation, estate and trust planning and administration, personal injury matters, and employment law.
