Biography

Florence and Associates is dedicated to helping injured workers and disabled individuals. My firm provides representation for workers\\\' compensation cases throughout the surrounding areas of Savannah, Georgia, and Social Security Disability claims to clients in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida. I have more than 21 years of experience helping individuals obtain workers\\\' compensation, longshore workers\\\' compensation and Social Security Disability (SSD) benefits. I have managed and tried workers\\\' compensation cases of varying legal complexities and negotiated hundreds of settlements on behalf of my clients. With a background representing insurance companies, I understand both sides of the law in workers\\\' compensation cases and can anticipate possible defense strategies.
