Biography

Attorney Katherine R. Mazaheri-Franze is the managing attorney at Mazaheri Law Firm. Since 2009, her role has been to prop up a passionate group of zealous advocates, providing straight-forward legal services with compassion and integrity. The Mazaheri Law Firm has grown from a solo practice to a burgeoning law firm with multiple skilled attorneys and dedicated support staff. In a short time, Mazaheri Law Firm has gained a powerful reputation for taking on cases that attack various social injustices, leading to extensive recoveries for clients in cases of employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation based upon race, gender, national origin, sexual stereotyping, age, disability, and pregnancy. Additionally, as a business owner herself, she can assist other business owners in avoiding the pitfalls of hiring, termination, and discipline of employees. Helping Oklahoma\\\\\\\'s Youth Mazaheri-Franze\\\\\\\'s true passion is her love of family, in particular: children. She is a board member of EMOMs, Edmond Mothers of Multiples, and has dedicated support toward assisting in organizations that focus on children\\\\\\\'s needs/rights. Previously, she was an active member of Youth Services for Oklahoma County Board of Trustees, a well-known organization whose focus is “Changing Young Lives” in the community and currently sits on the in kind committee for Infant Crisis Services. She also has worked tirelessly for families, helping with the adoption process for many Oklahomans. It’s a process that she’s familiar with, having added a little brother and cousin to her own family, so it’s a cause, among many others, that she will wholeheartedly continue to fight for.
