Biography
I am attorney Nicole Colby Longton. Based in Worcester, Massachusetts, I represent clients in both civil and criminal matters in state and federal courts. In 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017, I was named in Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in the area of criminal defense in Massachusetts. I offer my clients the benefits of my exceptional education and varied practice experience. Before graduating from Harvard Law School, I was selected for an internship with the Drug Task Force Unit at the United States Attorneys Office. After graduation from Harvard Law School, I joined the trial department of the Boston office of McDermott Will & Emery, one of the worlds largest and most exclusive law firms, where I specialized in complex commercial and criminal litigation. In 2009, I founded the Longton law office in downtown Worcester to focus on criminal defense, personal injury and business litigation. A graduate of Holy Cross and St. Peter-Marian, I am always active in the Worcester community. I am a member of the board of directors of the Holy Cross Lawyers Association as well as the Massachusetts, Worcester County, Boston and Womens Bar Association.
