Education
In college, Mr. Saile attained a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware. He was a member of the social fraternity Pi Kappa Alpha. Mr. Saile attended law school at Widener University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, Mr. Saile was consistently on the Dean’s List and graduated Cum Laude. In law school, Mr. Saile was selected to participate in the law school mock trial team known as the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society.

Biography
After successfully passing both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar examinations, Mr. Saile began working at the Law Office of Daniel E. Rosner in Vineland, NJ. Here, Mr. Saile personally represented hundreds of injured victims of car accidents, motorcycle accidents, and slip & fall accidents. Mr. Saile participated in personal injury jury trials and appealed a local Cumberland County, NJ judge’s verbal threshold/limited tort legal decision to the NJ Supreme Court. The case was published and resulted in a win for all verbal threshold/limited tort auto insurance injury cases throughout the State of New Jersey. Mr. Saile is a member of both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Associations for Justice, which are groups of personal injury lawyers who work to improve our civil justice system. Mike is married to Caterina, currently a criminal prosecutor and is the proud father of his son Joey and his twin boys, Michael, III and John. In his free time Mike enjoys spending time with his family, making homemade wine, golfing, exercising, fishing, winter sports, and traveling.
