Biography

I have practiced criminal law exclusively since 1995. During my career I have tried cases in nearly every court in the Detroit metropolitan area and other areas of the state of Michigan. I have successfully defended clients facing many different criminal charges including sex crimes, drug crimes, violent crimes such as homicide and attempted murder, assault and domestic violence, DUI/OWI, and all different types of fraud cases and other felony and misdemeanors. Much has changed in the world since I began my law practice. With the prevalence of computers and cell phones, we have seen whole new areas of criminal law. I have experience defending people who have committed crimes using a computer, including everything from identity theft, bank fraud, or theft to terrorism and making threats over the internet. I treat every case with the same level of professionalism. Whether you are facing a simple misdemeanor or complex felony charge, you need an experienced attorney by your side.
