Biography

Attorney Rice graduated with Dean\\\\\\\'s Honors with a Bachelors of Arts Degree with a double major in Advanced Psychological Graduate Studies,Graduate Level Women\\\\\\\' Studies, and Honors in Scandinavian Studies, from the Prestigious University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1990. She obtained her Juris Doctorate in 1993 with Honors from William Mitchell College of Law, a private accredited law school in St. Paul, Minnesota. Immediately thereafter she became a licensed Attorney in the State of Georgia on June 4, 1994 and an Honorable Member of the State Bar of Georgia where she currently practices law to date for over 20 years. Attorney Rice has been a member of Good Standing with the Georgia State Bar since 1994, and has been a member of Lawyers Referral Service in the areas of Insurance Law, Tort Law, Class Action and Mass Tort Law. During her tenure practicing law, Attorney Rice has represented clients inside and outside of the courtroom in areas, including but not limited to, Long Term Disability, Insurance Law, Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury with Catastrophic Injuries, Nursing Home Abuse and Trucking Law. She has also practiced and affiliated with legal experts in areas of law including, but not limited to, Workers Compensation, Bankruptcy, Family Law, Civil Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Wills/Special Needs Trusts, Criminal Law, Expungements/Restoration of Civil Rights/Pardons, and Identity Theft. Attorney Rice has also held Senior Professor Positions and Subject Matter Expert Positions in Graduate Programs at several accredited universities where she served such positions as Subject Matter Expert in Conflict Management and Honored Lead Faculty of Law and Ethics. Ms. Rice has also held an Insurance License and Real Estate License in the State of Georgia. Ms. Rice enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, reading, swimming, walking, traveling and visiting with friends.
